Mangotsfield is a picturesque town located on the eastern outskirts of Bristol, with Downend to its north and Soundwell south. The area began as an active mining community centuries ago; it thrived during this time period thanks largely due in part by having some rather lovely properties that are still standing today! Properties range from traditional stone houses all-the way up through early 20th century homes plus more recent development too - so there's something for everyone when looking at buying or renting 

 

Rodway Hill in Mangotsfield is a popular spot for dog walkers and nearby Warmley Forest Park is another lovely green space. Mangotsfield hosts its own festival each June. There's a large retail park about 2.5 miles away in Longwell Green 

 

The Bristol and Bath Railway Path runs through Mangotsfield, taking you into the heart of both towns. The station is about 4 miles from there; it's easy enough to get around without your own wheels! A great way to see all that this lovely area has offer would be on foot or by bus - they go almost everywhere!
